We are often asked what the process is to work with AustinMusicWorks. It’s a simple 4-step process.
Step 1: Call Us
Give us a call and let us know what you are looking for. We’ll ask all the necessary questions to determine the best available options for you.
Step 2: Research and Pitch
We will research the appropriate entertainment options to determine pricing and availability. Then we will provide you that information. You will have ample opportunity to ask questions. We’ll get you whatever additional information you need to make a well-considered decision.
Step 3: Decide
You tell us which entertainer you want to book, and we make it happen.
Step 4: Agreement and Deposit
We will prepare the agreement and have it signed on behalf of the artist. When you sign, we will ask for a deposit equal to 50% that we will hold in trust until payment is due the artist under the agreement.
That’s it. Simple. And we are always available at any time throughout the process to answer questions and provide additional information.
